Kirsten Thommes ist seit April 2018 Professorin für Organizational Behavior an der Universit?t Paderborn. Zuvor studierte sie BWL an der Phillips Universit?t Marburg, promovierte an der Friedrich Schiller Universit?t Jena und war als Post-Doc an der Radboud Universit?t Nijmegen und der RWTH Aachen besch?ftigt.
