Students at Paderborn University who are eligible to vote are called upon to cast their votes between 17 June, 9.30 am, and 24 June, 12 noon. The following bodies are to be elected:

• the Senate
• the Faculty Councils of the five faculties
• the Student Parliament (StuPA)
• the directly elected student representatives (student representatives and student council)

The election notices will be published on 20 April 2026 and will be available online from that date at:

1. Election notice for the elections to the Senate and Faculty Councils.
2. Election notices for the elections to the Student Parliament and to the directly elected student representatives.

Nominations may be submitted in writing between 20 April and 7 May (12 noon) to the Election Office, room B3.246 (access via corridors C3 and H3).

The nomination form will be available on the pages below from 20 April.

The elections will be conducted as electronic elections. Eligible voters will receive further information on the procedure and technical requirements for the electronic elections by email, via notice boards and on the following websites:

1. For the elections to the Senate and the Faculty Councils
2. For the elections to the Student Parliament and to the directly elected student representative bodies
