Overview

The Game-UP project focuses on the development, implementation and evaluation of a Game-UP chatbot to provide real-time IT security assistance combined with gamification elements and micro-learning units in the sense of small learning units. The project is funded by the BMBF.

Objective

This is implemented in the project in five work packages (WP).


  • M1 GameUP CONNECT: Connection of external sources via interfaces and services
  • M2 GameUP KNOWLEDGE BASE: Creation of editorial articles, help and tips as texts, podcasts, video clips, taking into account possible problems and questions of the end users
  • M3 GameUP ANALYSIS: Classification and content-related categorization of collected data. Clustering using machine learning methods.
  • M4 GameUP CHATBOT: End-user application: interactive dialog to convey the contents of GameUP
  • M5 GameUP GAMEPLAN: Integration and embedding of gamification elements
