The train-the-trainer course is a 2-day workshop.

The ability to design and conduct self-activating and successful workshops is becoming increasingly important in times of constantly changing requirements. This workshop therefore aims to provide an insight into the diverse tasks of a trainer and to offer both theoretical and practical suggestions for designing and conducting your own workshops. A special focus could be on designing training for tutors in your own subject.

Day 1 focuses on the targeted reflection of the tasks of a trainer, the criteria for good seminars, and universally applicable didactic and methodological tools for implementation in your own workshops. The special focus is on methods for activating participants.

Day 2 will focus more on your own appearance and impact as a trainer. This includes, above all, the presentation and visualization of seminar content, as well as the targeted design of lively interaction with participants.
