Special benefits
University professors in the offices of the W2 and W3 state salary scale can, upon application, be granted a special performance-related salary for special achievements in the areas of research, teaching, art, continuing education, professional development and promotion of young talent, which have generally been achieved over several years.
The procedure and the awarding of special performance-related pay is regulated in the following Paderborn University regulations on the procedure and awarding of special performance-related pay.
The application for the granting/deferral of special benefits (self-report) must be submitted to the President via the Dean.
