The program is designed for staff members, including professors, researchers, and administrative personnel, who are interested in strengthening collaboration and establishing new networking opportunities. It also aims to foster the exchange of experiences and best practices among participating universities. Additionally, the program provides a unique opportunity to embed Erasmus+ values through the knowledge of local resources, heritage, and multisensory experience.
The BIP Staff Week will have a 50€ participation fee until 20th February 2026 (80€ if registration is completed from 21th February to 15th of March 2026) that includes: welcome pack, coffee breaks x 5 days and launch breaks x 3 days, Toledo Cathedral visit, Almagro guided tour, winery visit and wine tasting, farewell dinner and travel by bus with the proposed activities.
